What you’ll do on a typical day:
Support the QHSE & Facilities Manager in delivering site-wide safety and compliance initiatives
* Form and develop relationships with safety representatives, to provide excellent levels of consultation with colleagues to develop the site safety culture
* Ensure the facilities planned preventative maintenance is completed in line with schedule and contractors are booked into site

What you need to succeed at GXO:
At least 1 years’ experience in a QHSE or facilities administrative role, with an IOSH Managing Safely qualification
* Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* A proactive, flexible, and people-focused approach
* Experience with audits, food safety, and environmental compliance is a plus
