Backed by leading investors, we’re building the future of finance/savings and we’re looking for a Growth & Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team.
What you'll do:
* Work side by side with the founders on core strategic questions: GTM planning, monetisation, pricing, and scaling strategies.
* Own growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention — designing and running experiments that move the needle.
* Shape our commercial model, including partnerships with retailers, financial providers, and tech players.
* Develop and close strategic partnerships that strengthen our ecosystem and drive user value.
* Build the playbook for scale, combining data-driven insights with creative problem-solving.
What we're looking for:
* 3–6 years in growth, commercial strategy, or partnerships (fintech, consumer apps, or marketplaces a big plus).
* A strong mix of analytical and commercial skills — comfortable with numbers, but equally confident pitching and negotiating.
* Proven ability to turn strategy into execution, and deliver measurable results.
* Startup mindset - resourceful, resilient, and excited to build something from the ground up.
* A passion for fintech and improving how people manage their money.
