We are supporting a long-established procurement consultancy that provides essential services to schools and Trusts across the UK. Following continued growth, they are seeking a capable and motivated Procurement Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys managing a diverse range of tender processes, from catering and cleaning to ICT managed services, payroll, reprographics, and maintenance.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will support clients throughout the end-to-end tender lifecycle: drafting tender documentation, coordinating bid processes, evaluating submissions, and ensuring full compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.

Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality, compliant MoI, PSQ, ITT and RFP documents using PandaDoc
* Liaise professionally with clients and suppliers (phone, email, in-person)
* Manage bid timelines and coordinate all tender-related tasks
* Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets and project documentation
* Undertake complex bid evaluation and financial analysis
* Attend site visits and bidder presentations
* Produce detailed post-project Procurement Audit Reports
* Use and manage In-Tend e-procurement software
* Review and improve tender templates and documentation
* Manage workflow tasks via GenieAI CRM
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procurement legislation
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a procurement role
* Bid evaluation and analysis expertise
* Strong report writing and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Understanding of the Procurement Act 2023
* Experience using e-procurement platforms (e.g., In-Tend)
* Sector experience within education
