We are currently looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to Join our team in Bournemouth.
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

AQS Homecare is a registered Domiciliary Care Provider providing care to vulnerable young adults & elderly clients in the Bournemouth area.
The Role:
* Will be an experienced Care Coordinator
* Have a NVQ/QCF Level 3 in health and social care or working towards
* The Care Coordinator will have the ability to manage a cohort of care staff and their rotas
* The Care Coordinator will take part in out of hours on call rota
* The Care Coordinator will have the ability to take on new packages and clients to grow the business
* The Care Coordinator will be proactive in completing risk assessments, care plan assessments and providing hands on care if needed.
* The Care Coordinator will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.
