Our independent clients operate this High quality period hotel & restaurant in this quaint country village in West Yorkshire, commutable to Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and Wakefield & providing both quality banqueting and dining in their casual fine dining restaurant.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:
* Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important here
* Be able to demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here
* Own transport would be ideal due to location, although there are good public transport links into Leeds & Bradford.
* Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
