KEF’s strategy is to expand its product portfolio with premium wireless speaker products to capture a new consumer audience, beyond the traditional Hi-Fi consumer. This requires the establishment of new, high-quality offline and online distribution channels and requires a new approach to the market (incl. a strong focus on Ecommerce and Digital Marketing). Responsibilities:
* Responsible for daily all-rounded accounting and financial operations including full set of accounts, AR/AP/GL, intercompany reconciliation
* Responsible for bank and cashflow planning, inventory, receivables, fixed assets management and credit review of customers
* Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policy and procedures
* Perform month-end closing, management reporting and quarterly reporting packages and schedules to holding company. Ensure timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of all reporting submission
* Responsible for monthly forecasting and assist in annual budgeting
* Administer and maintain system budgetary tracking
* Perform variance analysis of the financial performance of the business units against budget and forecast
* Liaise with bank and handle all bank issues
* This role will be working closely with business units and relevant stakeholders and provide support in relation to finance and accounting operations
* Assist in strengthening control issues and identify opportunity for process improvement
* Supporting on-going and ad-hoc projects including new system implementation
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business relevant disciplines
* Member of recognized accounting bodies preferred
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience; preferably in sales distribution, wholesale and retail business
* Strong business acumen and excellent analytical, reporting and business control skills
* Independent, self-motivated and proactive
* Good interpersonal and influence skills to work with and manage internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Excel skill and ERP System knowledge
* Experience in SAP, Cognos & Power BI will be an advantage
* Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and overtime work is expected
* Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (e.g. Cantonese). Other language skills would be an advantage
Hybrid working mode, Daily attendance at the office is required for the first 6 months for onboarding and integration purposes.
