Overview
As a Construction Project Manager at MSNR Ltd, you will oversee all phases of construction projects—from planning and budgeting through to execution and handover. You will coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and progress
* Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates
* Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health & safety regulations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and building standards
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficient in project management software and MS Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
* Valid CSCS/SMSTS certification (advantage)
