The Role
We’re looking for an Automation Test Engineer to design and maintain test automation frameworks across UI, API, and backend systems. You’ll build scalable automation, strengthen CI/CD test coverage, and ensure the quality of integrations across our Teams telephony analytics platform.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain automated UI and API tests using Playwright, Selenium, and Python.
* Integrate automation into Jenkins, Docker, and AWS CI/CD pipelines.
* Create test data, mocks, and environments for reliable and repeatable runs.
* Work closely with developers and product teams to define acceptance criteria and test strategies.
* Validate end-to-end telephony flows and analytics integrations in Microsoft Teams.
* Log, track, and report issues with clear defect documentation.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Python for test automation.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, AWS).
* Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
* Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems.
* Familiarity with telephony platforms (Microsoft Teams, SIP, or Graph APIs).
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Bonus Skills
* Experience with BroadWorks or Webex platforms.
* Familiarity with Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch monitoring.
* ISTQB or similar QA certification.
