Job Description:
Our client a British manufacturer of agricultural machinery is seeking a full time Mig Welder to join their established team.
What we offer:
1. £29,197 per annum.
2. Monday – Thursday – 06:30 – 16.45.
3. 38.75 hours per week.
4. Full-time permanent position.
The role:
5. Duties include carrying out welding operations, ensuring the efficient and on time flow through of fabricated items to finished products / stock.
Requirements:
6. 2+ years MIG experience (a weld test will be carried out at interview).
7. Experience working with various thickness materials.
8. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
9. Committed to safety, quality, and productivity.
10. The ability to hit deadlines and achieve daily production schedules.
11. Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and be physically able to cope with typical factory duties including manual handling loads.
12. Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
13. Assist with other duties as and when required.
