Key responsibilities: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition) Lead end-to-end data migration and change delivery from on-prem Oracle systems to Azure Microsoft Fabric. Own the data migration strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, including cutover and decommissioning. Manage cross-functional teams (data engineering, data modelling, governance, testing, and business SMEs). Oversee delivery across Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) layers. Drive governance around data quality, reconciliation, lineage, and audit readiness. Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams. Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues; ensure timely resolution. Lead change management activities to support business readiness and adoption. Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards. Provide clear reporting on milestones, KPIs, and delivery status to senior leadership Key skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition) Strong experience in data migration and change delivery from on-prem Oracle systems to Azure Microsoft Fabric.
