Location: Orpington
Remuneration: £38,000 - £45,000 + discretionary bonus
Schedule: 08:00-17:30, Monday-Friday (Hybrid Working Available)

Responsibilities
* Project Coordinator position, dealing with a comprehensive range of manufactured high end architectural ironmongery
* Managing the process post sale from order completion through to project completion
* Liaising with Architects & Specifiers to gather any further information required for projects
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure products are available
* Oversee logistics and deliveries to ensure smoothing running of projects
* Work closely with sales reps throughout the process
* Build and maintain working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
* Input all relevant information onto internal scheduling software and CRM system
* Prioritising workload to ensure that project deadlines are met
* Pricing up projects ranging from £10k to £1.5M
Qualifications
* Must have Project Coordinator, Contract Coordinator or Sales Coordinator experience within the construction market sector
* Experience liaising with supply chains / suppliers
* Ideally will have experience working with architectural ironmongery, door hardware or associated ironmongery products
* The ability to work under pressure and to timescales when required
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* High levels of organisation, attention to detail and numerical skills
