Community Mental Health Staff Nurse
Location
NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde – West Dunbartonshire
Shift Pattern
Monday‑Thursday 9am‑5pm; Friday 9am‑4:30pm
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of older adults with complex mental health and social care needs, providing comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
* Work as an integral member of a multi‑disciplinary team, demonstrating compassionate, caring behaviours and partnering with patients, carers and other professionals/agencies in line with legislative frameworks and clinical policies.
* Provide support and supervision to junior nursing staff and nursing students, including line management, clinical supervision and mentoring/preceptorship.
* Undertake regular caseload line management supervision and clinical supervision, ensuring quality care and professional development of the team.
