ROLE: Estate Supervisor
HOURS: 37.5 per week
LOCATION: Carlisle, Cumbria, England, CA2 7HY

Role Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high‑quality maintenance services.
* Ensure all works are delivered in line with contractual KPIs, compliance standards, and financial targets.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost‑effectively.
* Manage escalations effectively, driving solutions and continuous improvement across the estate.
* Provide accurate reporting and actively support audits across quality, health & safety, environmental, and financial requirements.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience within a technical estates or facilities management environment.
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
* Experience overseeing operational spend and financial performance.
* Demonstrated commitment to quality, health & safety, and environmental best practices.
