This role exists to make a complex B2B product easy to understand. My client is a unified customer platform, a tool that brings customer data, workflows, and insights into one place so teams can better understand, manage, and grow their customer relationship
You’ll own how the product is explained - on the website, in launches, in demos, and in sales conversations. You’ll sit between Product and GTM and act as the single source of truth for product messaging.
This is a founding role with real ownership. You’ll set the standard and do the work.
What you’ll do Turn roadmap and features into clear product narratives
Make launches land with context, not just release notes
Own product content on the website
Build and maintain a library of product demo videos
Define how the product should be demoed by audience and use case
Align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams
Build repeatable systems for launches, demos, and storytelling
What we’re looking for Strong product marketing experience in B2B SaaS (targeting SME to Large Enterprise)
At least 4 years’ experience of product marketing specifically
Proven ability to make complex products make sense
Great instincts for positioning and narrative
Comfortable demoing products and explaining workflows
Happy to record demos and walkthroughs yourself
Builder mindset - you like ownership and blank canvases
