As a Service Planner, your job is to manage the daily management, planning and guidance of Service Engineers and the contact with KONE customers. You ensure optimal deployment of this team and handle the administrative process. You also continuously switch between Service Engineers, Field Managers and customers in a dynamic environment about the progress of the assignments. You are the linchpin in the department, ensuring customer satisfaction with your service mindset and helicopter view.

Tasks and responsibilities
* Providing support to customers, engineers, area service managers and the sales team.
* Handling customer queries, quotes, maintenance and repair scheduling, contact person updates, and technician requests.
* Accepting and registering fault reports via phone, email, or live chat in a friendly and professional manner.
* Dispatching fault reports on automatic doors to the appropriate service technician.
* Managing daily planning and guidance of technicians and maintaining contact with KONE customers.
* Working in a dynamic environment, liaising with customers, engineers, and managers about order progress.
* Proactively suggesting improvements to optimize work processes and enhance team quality.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction as a key part of our focused KDB business.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A customer-friendly attitude, excellent organizational and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
* Independence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle issues with a customer-centric approach.
* A proactive attitude and perseverance.
* Experience in a Customer Service environment is a plus.
* Enjoyment of a dynamic position and working on improvements.
* Residence in the Nottingham area.
* Quick learner, capable of following and executing instructions.
* Energy for planning, organizing, and customer contact in a dynamic environment.
* A driven, enthusiastic personality with an eye for detail.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
