Are you looking for a role where you can directly improve the health and wellbeing of local people and use your knowledge, skills, and experience in implementing an Improvement programme across organisations? If so, we have a fixed term vacancy that may be of interest.

The Joint Transformation and Improvement Office at Dorset County Hospital has an exciting senior role working within a friendly and talented team (17+ members). The team work closely with clinical and corporate teams to deliver improvement and transformational change.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING


Essential criteria

* Advanced theoretical (equivalent to Masters Level and/or specialist training) knowledge in a post relevant discipline or function
* Evidence of continuing professional development that enhances theoretical and practical knowledge
* Highly developed specialist knowledge of Healthcare
* PRINCE 2, QSIR or similar


Desirable criteria

* MSP or similar Programme Management qualification


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE


Essential criteria

* Relevant experience in the successful management of change with demonstrable outcomes
* Relevant experience of working effectively across organisational professional boundaries in complex organisations
* Experience of working with multiple stakeholders at different levels of an organisation and across an ICS


Desirable criteria

* Experience of working across organisational boundaries to deliver change


SKILLS & ABILITIES


Essential criteria

* Ability to communicate efficiently verbally and in writing
* Ability to work effectively in a team


Desirable criteria

* Ability to lead and inspire change.
