TheOpportunity:
This will be afastpace dynamic role where no two days are the same. The role willinclude the management of all project related activities includingconcept/solution creation planning resource management resourcingsupplier management scheduling & cost management andensuring the project delivers to exceed client expectations. Youwill also be responsible for regular reporting on the progress ofyour projects to the customer and internal/externalstakeholders.
This is a role that will allow you toshowcase your versatile skill set demonstrating your ability tolead and manage complex projects to achieve successful outcomes andmake a tangible impact to the way we operate.
MainResponsibilities
Due to the natureof what we do and how we do it every day is likely to be a littledifferent but we the ideal candidate to be responsible for thefollowing:
* End to endProject Management ensuring successful delivery against projectKPIs.
* Building cost schedules andcompleting the necessary contractual documentation in line with thecommercial service levelagreements.
* Developing the pricingstrategy alongside the Business Development Team and SeniorManagement.
* Maintaining closecollaboration with the clients representative to ensure successfulproject delivery.
* Monitoring andcontrol of performance against budget schedule quality and safetyrequirements.
* Identifying changes inthe scope of work and ensuring that appropriate change requests /variations are processedcorrectly.
* Promote quality and safetywithin the Offshore Delivery Team in consultation with the HSEQManager.
* Commitment and promotion ofRovco values and ensuring the realisation of company and projecthealth safety environmental quality and ethics systems policies andprocedures.
* Coordination withrelevant departments (R&D Operations Sales Finance) to planand execute projectssuccessfully.
* Ensure that anytechnical issues are solved and that lessons learned areimplemented to avoidreoccurrence.
* Reviewing tenderdocumentation and preparingproposals
* Assist the Sales Teamduring the bid phase attend technical meetings plan demos pilotsetc.
* Regular reporting / updates tomanagement advising of project progress to planKPIs.
Youshould apply if youhave:
Essential:
* Significantdemonstrated experience managing offshore (or similar)projects
* Experience managinghighvalue projectbudgets
* Demonstrated riskmanagementexperience
* Strong initiative and theability to solve complexproblems
* Excellent communicationskills (written and verbal) with the ability and confidence topresent in front of SeniorStakeholders.
* A resilient andadaptable mindset capable of dealing with a challenging and dynamicoperating environment
* Innovative andadaptable to change with a professional and dedicatedattitude.
* Experience developing andmaintaining strong relationships with Clients andSubcontractors.
* Ability to harnessinternal/external expertise effectively to inform criticaldecisions and maintain projectmomentum.
Desirable:
* Experiencemanaging ROV / IRMProjects
* Engineering / technicalaptitude gained from a similar role or educationalbackground
* Experience creating andmanipulating schedules and project plans within MicrosoftProject.
