Architect – Parametric and Computational Design
£40,000 - £50,000 I Permanent I West London I Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper.
A global, design-led architecture practice with a serious track record in complex, large-scale projects is growing its computational design capability in London. The studio blends architecture, engineering, and technology, with stadiums and major civic venues at the core of its portfolio.
This role sits early in the design process, shaping form, geometry, and performance from day one. You’ll be joining a team that values research, rigour, and pushing boundaries - not just delivering drawings.
Responsibilities
* Lead and contribute to parametric and computational design workflows from early concept through design development
* Support the design of large stadiums and bowl typologies, focusing on geometry, sightlines, and audience experience
* Develop advanced models using Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper
* Apply scripting and automation using Python, C#, Dynamo or similar tools
* Produce high-quality 3D models, visualisations, and design studies
* Work collaboratively across international, multidisciplinary project teams
* Contribute to technical and documentation packages
Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in practice - ARB registration advantageous
* Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Advanced Rhino and Grasshopper capability
* Experience with scripting languages and computational workflows (Python, C#, Dynamo)
* Clear passion for parametric design and computational problem-solving
* Solid understanding of stadium design principles, sightline geometry, and large-scale spatial planning
* Excellent 3D modelling, visualisation, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable operating at early concept stage while understanding technical delivery
* Experience at a top AJ100 or equivalent international practice.
