We are proud to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic Surgical Nursing Team.
Ward 2/3 provides surgical procedures and care for elective pathway surgical patients, offering excellent opportunities to expand your surgical nursing experience and treat a wide range of complex conditions. It is managed by a focused and friendly team of experienced nurses.
Main duties of the job
* Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care using an agreed patient pathway.
* Act as a patient advocate applying ethical, legal, and professional knowledge and skills.
* Work within agreed policies and procedures.
* Participate in relevant data collection for clinical trials.
* Liaise and communicate with multidisciplinary team members for patient care planning and delivery.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation standards.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
