The Role
Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the sales team and management.
* Processing sales orders and liaising with operations to ensure accurate despatch dates.
* Driving service, calibration, and maintenance sales while ensuring exceptional customer care.
* Managing inbound leads, maintaining trackers, and supporting follow-ups to maximise conversions.
* Keeping customer databases and CRM systems up to date (HubSpot).
* Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to support business planning.
* Booking travel and coordinating schedules for the wider team.
* Supporting marketing activities, including content creation and trade show preparation.
* Assisting with inventory monitoring to support accurate product forecasting.
* Helping with general office organisation and supplies.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in sales administration or a similar support role.
* Is confident using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, as well as CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
* Enjoys multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment.
* Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Communicates clearly and builds great working relationships.
* Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience with order processing systems or ERP platforms would be a bonus, as would a background in sales support within a product-based business.
What’s On Offer
* Permanentpart-time role 2632 hrs per week.
* Salary up to £32k FTE, depending on experience.
* Hybrid working office-based in Port Solent with a marina view (Monday & Friday are key office days).
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
