Bathroom Fitter / Multi-Trade Operative (Planned Works) - Temp to Perm
💰 Pay: £17.99 per hour (base) / £20.16 per hour (with holiday pay)
🚐 Permanent Salary: Up to £37,425 per annum + company van
📍 Location: Eastleigh & surrounding areas (Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex)
🛠️ Type: 12-week Temp to Perm - Full-Time (40 hours per week)
We're hiring experienced Bathroom Fitters / Multi-Trade Operatives for a leading housing provider. This is a great opportunity to secure a permanent role after an initial 12-week temporary period.
Role Overview:
Carry out planned bathroom and wet room installations in occupied homes
Work across plumbing, carpentry, and general multi-trade repairs
Ensure high-quality, 'right first time' workmanship
Represent the company positively to customers

What we're looking for:
Experience in bathroom fitting, plumbing, carpentry, or general property maintenance
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a trade is preferred
Full UK driving licence
Professional and customer-focused attitude
