Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS framework. Supporting learning through imaginative play, structured activities, and child-led exploration. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's individual needs. Monitor and record children's progress and contribute to planning and assessments. Someone with a minimum grade C(4) in GCSE Mathematics and English. Requirements: A Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification is essential. Experience working with children across EYFS and/or Key Stage 1. A positive, team-player attitude and a nurturing personality. Strong communication skills and a real passion for child development.
