As we prepare to welcome guests for unforgettable experiences, we are seeking a talented and passionate Events Manager to join our growing team.
The Role
As Wedding & Events Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination and delivery of all private, social and corporate events hosted at the hotel - from intimate weddings and family celebrations to high-end business gatherings.
You will:
Liaise directly with clients to design and execute bespoke event experiences.
Coordinate logistics across departments (F&B, housekeeping, front office, etc.).
Manage event timelines, budgets and supplier/exhibitor relationships.
Promote the Powfoulis Manor Hotel as a premier event destination.
Oversee event delivery, ensuring every detail meets our 5-star standards.
About You
We are looking for someone who combines creativity with precision and professionalism.
You will have:
Minimum 35 years experience in event planning or coordination within a 45 star hotel, heritage venue or luxury events environment.
A strong track record of delivering weddings, private functions and corporate events.
Exceptional communication, organisation and multitasking skills.
A polished, personable approach with outstanding attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and special events as required.
A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
