Advanced Social Worker - Adult's - Emergency Duty Service
We are seeking committed and skilled Advanced Social Workers to join our specialist Adult Emergency Duty Service, providing critical out-of-hours support.
Day to Day Operations
Provide oversight and guide Team Managers in:
1. The allocation of cases and workloads
2. Resolution of service delivery issues within the service area
3. Ensuring case work is appropriately planned, critically evaluated and reviewed
4. The achievement of expected performance according to standards, policies and procedures
5. Audit activity across the service, with a particular emphasis on the quality of practice
6. Chair meetings and deputise for Team Managers at practice-based meetings as required core group, Best Interest)
7. Effectively use and manage appropriate financial resources within available budgets
8. Contribute to the induction of new starters under the direction of the Team Manager
