Reports to: Collections Manager Location: Leicester LE3 5BZ Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week and Part Time Considered. Salary: £26,000 We’re going places and you can too! You’ll have a crucial role in assisting our business customers in resolving their outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial circumstances and develop effective strategies for debt resolution. Your ability to communicate persuasively, negotiate effective payment arrangements, and provide financial solutions will be essential in helping clients achieve financial stability.
