Job Title: Bench Hand Joiner

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

The Role
We are currently looking for experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join a high-quality joinery manufacturer based in Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a skilled team producing bespoke, premium-grade joinery for a wide range of commercial and architectural projects.
Responsibilities
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Assembling and finishing bespoke joinery products
* Working with a range of hardwoods, sheet materials, and veneers
* Using hand tools and woodworking machinery
* Ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
Requirements
* Proven experience as a bench joiner in a workshop environment
* Ability to read technical drawings accurately
* Confident using a wide range of woodworking machinery and tools
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
