The role focuses on managing the lifecycle of hardware, software, and licensing assets, ensuring accurate installed base data, compliance, and optimisation. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate hardware, software, and license asset records Asset discovery, validation, and lifecycle management Supporting licensing and renewal programmes Preparing reports and participating in client calls and QBRs Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teamsExperience required: IT / Software / Hardware Asset Management experience Strong stakeholder and reporting skills Experience in enterprise or public-sector environments preferredNote: SC Clearance is mandatory, and some London office presence will be required.
