Account Manager
Outskirts of Redhill (Hybrid – 3 days in, 2 days from home)
Up to £36,000 basic + commission
Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 5:30
Overview
Looking for an Account Management role where you can focus on building relationships and adding real value? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team in lovely offices just outside Redhill. It's a true account management role – centred around partnership, support and long‑term client relationships to deliver a first‑class service and maximise revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of business clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they get the most from the service.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive contact.
* Manage incoming queries from start to resolution.
* Support onboarding, including data preparation and training.
* Work with marketing to implement tailored activity plans.
* Coordinate larger projects across multiple internal teams.
* Provide reporting and insights to support client performance.
Qualifications
* 2+ years in account management or a customer‑facing role.
* Experience within a SaaS or tech‑led environment would be beneficial.
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of business objectives.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust.
* Confident with Excel and working with data.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
