About the Role
New Directions Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to work in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across the Caerphilly Borough. We have opportunities available for both experienced teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers..
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
3. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
4. Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
Requirements
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
7. Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
8. Strong classroom management skills.
9. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
10. Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
11. Right to work in the UK.
