What You’ll Be Driving You’ll sit at the heart of our client lifecycle, owning the journey from signed deal to successful delivery. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and clients, you’ll ensure every solution is practical, compliant, and built to perform. What You’ll Be Doing Shaping Winning Solutions - Partner with Sales to design practical, deliverable solutions across the full debt lifecycle Leading Client Onboarding - Own end-to-end onboarding, ensuring smooth, compliant client setup from day one Managing Seamless Transitions - Bridge Sales and Operations to ensure clear handovers and flawless delivery Owning Contracts & Commercials - Manage contracts, compliance, and billing setup with accuracy and commercial focus Ensuring Strong Service Launches - Lead successful go-lives and ongoing reviews to drive performance and improvement Driving Collaboration & Improvement - Resolve issues, align teams, and continuously enhance processes and client experience What You’ll Bring Strategic thinking with hands-on delivery Proven senior experience in operations or sales operations, particularly in onboarding or client management Strong track record of supporting sales cycles and turning proposals into real-world solutions Deep understanding of the full debt lifecycle (DCA, Litigation, Field Operations, Enforcement) Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FCA, OFGEM, OFWAT, ECB, SRA) Expertise in contracting, invoicing, and complex client setup processes Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at a senior level Bonus points for: Experience in legal, financial services, or utilities sectors Knowledge of High Court Enforcement or specialist legal processes Familiarity with CRM and business systems Why This Role Stands Out High impact: You’ll directly influence client success from day one Strategic visibility: Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business Complex, meaningful work: Navigate a regulated environment where expertise matters Opportunity to innovate: Shape and improve how we onboard and deliver for clients Whats in it for you?
