First Impression Assistant
Job title: First Impression Assistant
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Location: 5 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday through Friday between the hours of 08:30 to 17:00
Some flexibility to work overtime to support the events team on occasion.
Break details: 1-hour unpaid lunch

Purpose of the role
As a First Impression Assistant in our UK Top 100 law firm based at the Leeds office you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to our clients.
We are looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic individual who relishes in providing a warm welcome whether it be face to face or over the phone. The ideal candidate has a great eye for detail, can build instant rapport and finds pleasure in preparing the client suite with refreshments and soft touches.

Key responsibilities
* Meeting, greeting and interacting with visitors.
* Monitoring a busy centralised First Impression Team inbox.
* Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests.
* Ordering, organising, and assisting with hospitality and events.
* Populating data collection workbooks.
* Meeting room set up and hospitality.
Key Skills
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to effectively greet and communicate with callers and visitors.
* Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
* Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
