Hunter Gatherer Mental Health are seeking skilled and experienced ADHD Prescribers to join our remote team. This is a flexible opportunity with excellent pay rates for the right professionals, offering you the chance to provide high-quality ADHD care from the comfort of your home.
The Role
You will be responsible for initiating and titrating ADHD medication, monitoring progress, and ensuring safe and effective treatment pathways. The role involves working directly with patients and collaborating as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team to deliver consistent, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify suitable treatment options
* Initiate and manage titration to achieve safe and effective outcomes
* Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as required
* Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards
* Keep up to date with NICE guidance and current ADHD treatment research
Requirements
* Qualified healthcare professional (Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Nurse Prescriber, Pharmacist with ADHD experience)
* Experience prescribing and managing ADHD medication, including titration
* V300 Independent Prescribing Qualification (essential for Nurse Prescribers/Pharmacists)
* Strong knowledge of ADHD and its impact across age groups
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient-centred, compassionate approach to care
* Valid professional registration and right to practise in the UK
