Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Assistant who is fluent in English and can read/write Chinese (speaking in Mandarin or Cantonese is fine) to support our busy office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, online work, and helping customers in person.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
* Purchase products for customers online (e.g., Amazon) and request/download invoices.
* Print customer orders.
* Assist walk-in customers, answer queries, and handle cash transactions.
* Support staff with various office and administrative tasks.
* Keep accurate records and organize documents.
Requirements:
* Experience working in an office environment.
* Strong computer skills and familiarity with online shopping.
* Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Able to read and write Chinese (speaking in Mandarin or Cantonese).
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
