This role is ideal for Senior Carers, Lead Carers, Care Supervisors, Deputy Team Leaders or Health & Social Care professionals seeking their next step in residential or dementia care.
What You’ll Bring
* NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care (with a willingness to progress towards Level 3)
* A natural ability to lead, inspire and motivate others
* A positive, caring approach that lifts the team and enriches residents’ lives
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence in supporting colleagues through challenges and change
* Experience in a senior care or leadership role is an advantage, but if you have the values and drive to learn, we’ll support your journey
