We're looking for a confident, customer-focused
Telephone Account Manager

What you'll be doing:
* Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting broker relationships
* Handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities
* Acting as the first point of contact for brokers – solving problems, answering queries, and guiding them through product options
* Using digital channels to strengthen engagement and spot new opportunities
* Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and tracking your pipeline
* Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, underwriting, and processing teams to deliver seamless service
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
What we're looking for:
* Background in mortgages or financial services (telephone sales, account management, or customer service)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly
* Commercially savvy, target-driven, and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
* Organised and efficient, able to manage multiple broker interactions
* CRM confident and comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
* Resilient, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve and grow
