Accounts Senior (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Salary: From £30,000 (pro rata for part-time, depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic accountancy practice seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join their expanding team. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to a wide range of clients and services, along with excellent benefits and flexibility.
The Role As an Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services. Responsibilities will include:
Bookkeeping and preparation of VAT returns for a diverse client portfolio
Preparation of financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
Corporation tax computations
Self-assessment tax returns
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc accounting and advisory work
Assisting with payroll where required
The Ideal Candidate AAT qualified (or qualified by experience)
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within practice
Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload
