Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners and key business stakeholders based in the UK to define scope and business objectives.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
* Lead and execute requirement capture sessions with business teams.
* Translate business needs into well‑defined specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform.
* Ensure all requirements are accurately documented and traceable.
Agile Delivery:
* Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
* Validate test scenarios and ensure they meet the definition of ready.
* Review implemented stories and provide feedback for enhancements.
* Conduct elaboration sessions and “Show & Tell” demos to stakeholders.
* Liaise with business teams to clarify new requirements and ensure mutual understanding.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in delivering Pega BPM solutions as a Lead Business Analyst.
* Strong understanding of Pega Specification and Requirement Rules.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with UK‑based clients.
* Hands‑on experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
* Ability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories.
