This is a pivotal role that ensures our student, curriculum, and compliance data is accurate, reliable, and meets statutory requirements—supporting funding, quality assurance, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage and validate data within the MIS, ensuring compliance with DfE and ESFA requirements. Lead on ILR submissions, student records, and work placement data. Produce high-quality reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Support internal audits and external inspections. Collaborate across departments to improve data processes and ensure quality standards. Minimum 1 year of experience in a data or quality assurance role. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and databases. Proven ability to produce detailed reports and spreadsheets. Desirable: Knowledge of ILR and ESFA funding requirements. Experience with internal audits and compliance monitoring.
