Key Responsibilities
* Support the full recruitment lifecycle across hotel and spa departments
* Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job postings and candidate tracking
* Conduct pre-screening calls and support hiring managers throughout recruitment
* Advertise vacancies across job boards and professional networks
* Prepare offer and rejection letters, contracts, and new starter documentation
* Carry out right to work checks and ensure compliance standards are met
* Coordinate onboarding, including uniforms, badges, lockers, and system access
* Maintain uniform stock and manage ordering requirements
* Support employee engagement initiatives and staff events
* Assist with reporting on recruitment and HR metrics
