Bank Care Assistant (Nights) - White Lodge
South Coast Nursing Homes is a family-owned provider of care across East and West Sussex. We are growing and looking for a Bank Care Assistant to join our team on nights at White Lodge in East Preston.

Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality personal care, social interaction, and stimulation to residents;
* Promoting independence and enablement and providing support to residents where necessary;
* Ensuring electronic residents’ personalized interactions are inputted on the system;
* Serving food and drinks to residents and promoting social dining experiences;
* Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
About You:
* Ideally, you’ll have experience in the healthcare sector, but we will provide training to be successful in the role;
* Kind and caring with a positive approach;
* Energetic and hard-working;
* Passionate about offering superior services and wanting to make a difference;
* Team player;
* Medication trained or happy to be trained.
Package:
* £12.21p/h weekdays, £12.82 p/h weekends, rising to £12.51 p/h and £13.14 p/h;
