This role is all about keeping things running smoothly for the Director, ensuring meetings, priorities and day-to-day tasks are on track. No two days will be the same, and you’ll be trusted to manage multiple tasks, handle confidential information, and bring calm, structure, and reliability to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
* Managing the Directors Calendar, Meetings & Travel Arrangements
* Handle emails and correspondence, prioritising messages and drafting professional responses.
* Create Email Campaigns using our Tech Stack on behalf of the Director, including booking in client follow-ups.
* Ensuring efficient Time Management and keeping on top of the Directors to do lists.
* Draft & Post Job Specifications for all internal hires on LinkedIn
* Assist with maintaining the CRM’s Data Entry
* Manage Expenses and Administrative Documents on behalf of the Director.
* Provide support for the Company and Directors social media pages.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/G Suite.
* High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
