Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

The role:
We’re on the lookout for a Customer Support Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries efficiently, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
This isn’t just a call-handling role – you’ll be building relationships, problem-solving, and representing the brand with professionalism.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
* Investigating and resolving issues with speed and accuracy
* Logging interactions and maintaining up-to-date records
* Providing guidance and information to customers in a clear, supportive way
* Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
What we’re looking for:
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport
* Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
* IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems
* Team player with a proactive approach
* Previous experience in a customer support or service role is desirable but not essential
