Responsibilities

* Drive to various locations to perform carpet cleaning services, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and supplies used during cleaning tasks.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
* Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
* Proven experience in carpet cleaning is essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
* A valid Full UK driving licence is required for travel between job sites.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting equipment and moving furniture as needed.
