Job Description
Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
1.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, including inspection processes and gage control.
2.
Perform in-process inspections, first article inspections (FAI), and prepare certificates of conformance (C of C).
3.
Program and operate CMM equipment to verify part compliance with customer requirements.
4.
Analyze test data, document deviations, and recommend process or quality standard improvements.
5.
Serve as liaison between production and quality to resolve non-conformances and support continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
The successful profile:

1-3 years of hands-on experience with CNC lathe and mill operations and the ability to read and interpret customer drawings.

Experience with CMM equipment, inspection tools, and quality control measuring devices.
8.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
9.
Familiarity with ISO/QMS standards, Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and general quality assurance practices.
