Vetting and Registration
Disclosure Scotland PVG: For regulated work involving children or protected adults, a satisfactory PVG check is required.
GTCS Registration: Successful candidates must be registered with the GTCS and maintain registration, including paying any fees. Teachers in their probationary year may apply for temporary, un-promoted vacancies at the probationer rate (£31,584/year, pro-rata if applicable).

RC Approval: If applicable, approval from the Roman Catholic Church is required to teach in a Catholic school. Forms are available at: https://sces.org.uk/church-approval/
Head Teacher Reports: Successful candidates must complete and pass the Head Teacher Report form, which should be sent to Human Resources via email.
