Backed by significant Series C funding and trusted by some of the world’s best known enterprise brands, this business is redefining how AI is deployed across large scale operations. With strong traction across tech, energy, logistics, and financial services, they are now entering a new phase of growth where partnerships will play a critical role.
They are looking to hire a UK Partnerships Director to build and scale a channel driven sales motion in the UK, turning strategic partnerships into a repeatable and meaningful revenue engine.
As UK Partnership Director, you will take ownership of the UK partner strategy, working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product to drive pipeline and revenue through partners.
Key responsibilities:
•Defining and executing the UK GTM partnerships and channel sales strategy
•Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high impact partners including consultancies, SIs, and technology partners
•Building joint value propositions and co selling motions with partners
•Enabling partners with the right messaging, training, and commercial frameworks
•Driving partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline
•Tracking partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
•Acting as the senior UK partnerships lead, representing the business externally
•Building scalable partner programs and playbooks to support long term growth
This role will be central to moving the business from a primarily direct sales model to a scalable partner led GTM motion.
Qualifications
•Proven experience building and scaling partnerships or channel sales in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
•Strong understanding of the UK enterprise market with an existing partner network
•Demonstrable experience driving revenue through partners
•Commercially minded with the ability to structure compelling partner models
•Comfortable operating in a fast growth, scale up environment
•Confident engaging senior internal and external stakeholders
•Experience in AI, data, or enterprise platforms is advantageous
