For this role, you must be experienced within the care sector and hold or be happy to work towards NVQ level 2.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside the Care Manager to manage and support the running of the Reablement in Fleet and surrounding areas.
* Sign up new clients and liaise with Social Services and/or family members.
* Complete client reviews and ensure the service is running smoothly.
* Create and maintain person‑centred care plans.
* Carry out risk assessments within the service user’s home.
* Communicate with care staff regarding client needs and any changes.
* Conduct spot checks and face‑to‑face supervisions with care staff, reporting any concerns to the Registered Manager.
* Complete compliance sign‑off and medication competency checks for new care staff.
Qualifications
Experience within the care sector; willingness to obtain or currently hold NVQ level 2.
