JOB TITLE: Logistics and Sales Administrator
Opportunity for an organised and flexible administrator to join a growing global business in Essex.
Purpose of the Post: To be responsible for all aspects of logistics and sales administration, serving as the first point of contact with key customers and ANZCO NZ for order management, shipping details, and information requests. The role aims to support the Logistics, Commercial, and General Managers by managing data accuracy and logistics processes, covering for the Logistics Manager during absences, and actively participating in the team.
Duties and Tasks:
* Verify import documentation accuracy and coordinate corrections with ANZCO NZ.
* Request PINs, book, and send shipments to hauliers.
* Send loadout and weekly shipment reports to customers and handle ad hoc inquiries.
* Update logistics logs with ETAs and dispatch details.
* Manage orders between ANZCO NZ/Itoham Japan and customers for regular programs.
* Input sales data into systems and confirm details with customers.
* Handle customer-specific sales administration tasks.
* Manage important documents such as specs, certifications, trace requests, and industry data reports.
* Coordinate onboarding of new customers and form submissions.
General Administration:
* Manage office landline and office supplies.
