Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)

Salary: £95 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a friendly and inclusive school setting in Dinnington. This fulfilling role involves working closely with pupils who have autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning needs.
Your Role as SEN Teaching Assistant Will Include:
* Providing one-to-one and small group support.
* Assisting with EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
* Creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
* Supporting personal care and mobility needs when required.
* Promoting independence, resilience, and social development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
* A calm, patient, and flexible approach.
* Understanding of inclusive education practices.
* Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (preferred but not essential).
