We have an exciting opportunity within a prestigious Accountancy Practice for an Office Administrator, based in their Stevenage Office.
The role and skills required include:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Supporting Accounts, Bookkeeping, and Payroll departments by liaising with clients to gather information and ensure deadlines are met
Contacting clients for accounts and tax information, conducting initial reviews, and requesting additional information as needed
Assisting the Practice Manager with updating internal practice management software daily
Communicating directly with clients for information requests
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is desirable; training can be provided
Willingness to adapt to various tasks
Good interpersonal skills for daily contact with clients and team members
Promotion opportunities are available for ambitious and dedicated team members as the practice continues to grow.
